DAY 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, our guide or representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. You may relax in the evening before enjoying a welcome dinner at a Nepalese restaurant.

DAY 2: Sightseeing in heritage sites of Kathmandu (1400m)
After breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up for a sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley, including Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Afterwards, you will meet your trekking guide and team, who will check your equipment and advise you on what you require for the trek.

DAY 3: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, then trek to Phakding (2650m)
Today, you enter the land of the Sherpa. After breakfast, you will drive to Kathmandu airport for a short 40-minute flight to Lukla, enjoying stunning mountain views en route. From Lukla, the trail descends to Thado Koshi and then ascends to Phakding. Take some time to explore the Sherpa village and admire the mountain scenery.

DAY 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3450m)
Today is an exciting day, particularly for first-time trekkers who will catch their first glimpse of Mount Everest. After breakfast, you will begin walking to Namche Bazaar. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River and crosses several suspension bridges to reach Jorsalle, the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. After crossing the Hillary Bridge, the trail ascends to Namche, a village surrounded by magnificent mountains.

DAY 5: Acclimatisation at Namche Bazaar
Today is an acclimatisation day to help you adjust to the thinner air. Namche is the main centre for the Everest Base Camp trek, with government offices, banks, ATMs, shops, and restaurants. After breakfast, you will hike to Khumjung Village (3840m) via Syangboche Airstrip and the Everest View Hotel. Along the way, you can experience Sherpa traditions and enjoy views of the snow-capped Himalayas, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, and Ama Dablam.

DAY 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3870m)
After breakfast, begin your walk to Tengboche. The trail ascends to Sanasa, then descends to Phungi Thanga. From there, it climbs again to Tengboche through pine and rhododendron forests. BTengboche is home to the largest monastery in the region, and you will have spectacular views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and more.

DAY 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4260m)
After breakfast, you will set off on foot. The trail descends and ascends to Dingboche via Pangboche, following the Imja Khola and passing through several Sherpa villages. Along the route, you will enjoy views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Island Peak. Dingboche is a charming Sherpa village, and you may explore the area in the evening.

DAY 8: Rest and acclimatisation at Dingboche
Today is another acclimatisation day to help you adapt to the thinner air. Dingboche is a lovely Sherpa village. After breakfast, you can take a day hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chukhung Valley, the route to Island Peak, for superb views of Makalu, Lhotse, Cholatse, Tawache, Ama Dablam, and other mountains.

DAY 9: Dingboche to Lobuche (4930m)
After breakfast, you will walk to Lobuche. The trail ascends gradually to Dughla (Thukla). Before reaching Dughla, you will cross a wooden bridge over the Khumbu Glacier. The trail then climbs to Chupki Lhara, where you can see memorial plaques for climbers who lost their lives on Everest. Today, you will enjoy panoramic views of Nuptse, Pumori, Ama Dablam, and Tawache.

DAY 10: Lobuche to Gorekshep (5180m), visit Everest Base Camp (5355m) and back.
Today is the most prominent day to reach Everest Base Camp and make your dream a reality. After an early breakfast, begin walking. Take care, as some sections of the trail over the Khumbu Glacier are challenging. The path follows rocky moraines and icy glacier ponds to Gorak Shep. Upon arrival at Gorak Shep, leave your bags in your room, have lunch, and then continue to Everest Base Camp. Take your time and enjoy the walk back to Gorak Shep.

DAY 11: Gorekshep - Kalapather (5555m) - Pangboche (4015m)
Early in the morning, head to Kala Patthar to watch the sunrise. The trail ascends to Kala Patthar, where you can enjoy golden views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Khumbutse, Lirung, Pumori, Ama Dablam, and more. Afterwards, return to the lodge for breakfast, then continue back to Pheriche or Pangboche.

DAY 12: Pangboche - Namche (3450m)
After breakfast, you will begin walking. As you have already reached Everest Base Camp, today’s route is slightly longer. You will cross a few suspension bridges, walk through a rhododendron forest, and pass a picturesque Sherpa village. Once in Namche, enjoy a hot shower and a good meal.

DAY 13: Namche - Lukla (2850m)
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will begin walking. Today is the last day of your Everest Base Camp adventure. The trail descends to Jorsalle, continues to Thado Koshi, and then ascends to Lukla. Once you reach Lukla, reconfirm your ticket and take some time to explore the area in the evening.

DAY 14: Lukla - Kathmandu (1400)

Early in the morning, after breakfast, walk to Lukla airport for your short flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. After your adventure, take time to rest and relax. Enjoy your day.

DAY 15: Kathmandu (1400m)
Today is a free day for you to relax or explore Kathmandu at your own pace.

DAY 16: Departure
