Day 1 Arriving Kathmandu (1,350m)

On the arrival day, you will be received at the Kathmandu Airport and transferred to the hotel. In spare time, you can visit Thamel Bazar on your own. In the evening, your team leader gives you full details about Explore Nepal Tour Itinerary.

Day 2 Kathmandu - Nagarkot (2,175m) - Bhaktapur

After breakfast, you head towards the historical city of Bhaktapur. You will do Bhaktapur Sightseeing Tour that lets you know about the cultural, historical, and archaeological sites.

Then, you will drive towards Nagarkot Hill. Then, you will enjoy the sunrise view from Nagarkot viewpoint.

Bhaktapur Sightseeing Tour - 1 Hr

Day 3 Nagarkot - Charaudi Rafting Camp (492m) - Drive 4/5 Hrs

Wake up early in the morning to observe the sunrise view from Nagarkot. You will really enjoy the brilliant sunrise view of the first sunrise on the Himalayas. The valleys of Bhaktapur and Panauti look equally heart-touching.

Then, you have breakfast and drive towards Charaudi Rafting Camp to experience the white water rafting in the Trishuli River.

After taking lunch, the Trishuli rafting begins and ends within 3/4 hours at Kuringhat. Then, you will spend the night on the bank of the Trishuli River at the tented camp. If the weather is challenging, you might also stay at a resort.

Day 4 Kuringhat - Chitwan National Park - Drive 3/4 Hrs

After breakfast, you take a bus to Chitwan National Park across Motel Du Mugling. Or else, if you want to visit the Manakamana Temple and experience the first cable car of Nepal, you might also arrange for that.

Reaching at Chitwan National Park, you will take lunch and some rest as well. You can also do kayaking on the Narayani River in the remaining time. Chitwan National Park is not only recognized for diverse flora and fauna but also sunrise view and Tharu Cultural Heritage Site.

In the evening, you will enjoy the Tharu Cultural Shows performed in the Tharu Cultural Village. You will definitely enjoy their socio-cultural richness and hospitality.

Day 5 Chitwan National Park

Today, you have a lot more things to do under Chitwan National Park Sightseeing Tour. Jungle Safari, bird watching tour, rafting or boating, gharial hatchery, rhino fertility center, etc. are some of activities you can do here.

Day 6 Chitwan - Pokhara (950m) - Drive 4/5 Hrs

After breakfast, Explore Nepal Tour diverts towards the Lake City of Pokhara. It takes nearly 4/5 hours to reach Pokhara from Chitwan Bus Park.

The route passes through Queen of Hills, Bandipur. If you want and your itinerary permits, you can also explore Bandipur Village.

When you reach Pokhara, go for boating on the Phewa Lake or Begnas Lake or explore many touristic sites of the city. This is why, it is also called the tourism capital of Nepal.

Day 7 Pokhara - Dhampus Phedi (800m) - Trek to Dhampus (1,650m) - Drive 2/3 Hrs

After breakfast, your Explore Nepal Tour moves towards Dhampus Phedi in a private jeep or public jeep.

From Dhampus Phedi, you will trek to Dhampus Village following a steep but comfortable trail. In this Gurung village, you will be welcomed by the local Mothers' Group with red tika and garland.

Dhampus Trek is popular for home stay services of Gurung community and the gorgeous sights of the Himalayas and hills. From the village, you will enjoy the magnificent view of the Annapurn (8,091m) and Dhaulagiri (8,167m) Massifs. The Pokhara Valley also looks stunning from this hilltop village.

Day 8 Trek from Dhampus - Sarangkot (1,600m) - Trek to Pokhara - 7/8 Hrs

Enjoy the sunrise view of the Himalayas from Dhampus Village during breakfast. Apart from the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Massifs, Manaslu (8,165m), Ganesh Himal (7,422m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m) and 25 other mountains above 6,000m.

Following the easy trails across the ethnic village of Gurung, Magar, and other communities, you will reach Sarangkot. From here, you will enjoy the sunset view of the snowcapped peaks of the Gandaki Province.

You can also try out some adventure activities from Sarangkot. Try zip flying, paragliding, and hot air ballooning in Pokhara are some of the major tourism activities in Nepal.

Day 9 Pokhara - Kathmandu - Drive 6/7 Hrs

After breakfast, driving along the Prithvi Highway, you return to Kathmandu. Then, you are transferred to the hotel.

Day 10 Kathmandu

After breakfast, our tour guide takes you for Kathmandu City Tour. You will be exploring the Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square respectively.

After returning, go for shopping around Thamel Bazar. Handcrafted products of Nepal are the best souvenirs for your people back home.
