Explore Gujarat’s heritage and wildlife on a journey through Ahmedabad, where historic architecture and lively markets set the scene. Visit Lothal, an important site of the ancient Indus Valley civilisation, then continue to Bhavnagar and Rajkot to experience the region’s history and culture. At Sasan Gir National Park, join a jeep safari through lion country in search of the famed Asiatic lion.
Upon arrival at Ahmedabad Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, begin sightseeing in Ahmedabad. Visit Sabarmati Ashram, closely associated with Mahatma Gandhi, followed by Jama Masjid and the intricately carved Sidi Saiyyed Mosque. Continue to Adalaj Stepwell and visit the Calico Museum, subject to prior booking.

Day 2: Ahmedabad – BhavnagarDrive: Approx. 175 km | 4 hrs
After breakfast, check out and drive to Bhavnagar. En route, visit Lothal, one of the prominent archaeological sites of the Indus Valley Civilisation, known for its ancient dockyard and archaeological remains. Continue to Bhavnagar and check into your hotel.
Later, explore Bhavnagar with visits to Takhteshwar Temple and the historic Nilambag Palace. The evening is free for exploring local markets or relaxing at the hotel.

Day 3: Bhavnagar – Sasan Gir National ParkDrive: Approx. 225 km | 5 hrs
After breakfast, check out and drive to Sasan Gir National Park. Upon arrival, check into your wildlife resort and relax amidst the natural surroundings.
After lunch, proceed for a jeep safari in Gir National Park, home to the Asiatic lion as well as leopards, deer and diverse bird species. Return to the resort in the evening and enjoy dinner.

Day 4: Sasan Gir National ParkBegin the day early with tea or coffee before proceeding for a morning safari in Gir National Park. Explore the park in search of wildlife in its natural habitat.
Return to the resort for breakfast and relax. The afternoon is free for leisure or an optional village visit to experience local culture. Later, an additional safari may be arranged optionally to explore different zones of the park.
Return to the resort in the evening and enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Sasan Gir – RajkotDrive: Approx. 160 km | 4 hrs
After breakfast, check out and drive to Rajkot. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax.
Later, explore Rajkot with visits to Watson Museum, Kaba Gandhi No Delo, the childhood residence of Mahatma Gandhi, and Aaji Dam. You may also visit the Rotary Dolls Museum and explore the local markets.

Day 6: Rajkot – Ahmedabad DepartureDrive: Approx. 225 km | 5 hrs
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, transfer to Ahmedabad Airport for your onward journey, concluding your Gujarat heritage, culture and wildlife experience.
