Nile Cruise & Red Sea Delights 12 days

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures), and then he will escort you to the hotel in an exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids & GEM
After enjoying a delicious, wholesome breakfast at your hotel, your guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to start your journey by marvelling at one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Visit the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. After your pyramid visit, you’ll go for lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant and then head over to the New Grand Egyptian Museum, also known as the Giza Museum, which is an archaeological museum in Giza, Egypt, about 2 kilometres (1.2 miles) from the Giza pyramid complex. Return to your hotel.

Day 3: Cairo Sightseeing Tour - Fly to Aswan
After a hearty breakfast, your expert guide will take you to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation, home to the royal mummies and a remarkable collection showcasing the diverse history of Egypt. From there, you'll head to Old Cairo, where you’ll explore some of the oldest churches in the country. After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, continue your journey through history with a visit to the impressive Salah El-Din Citadel, where you’ll explore the grand Mohammed Ali Mosque and take in panoramic views of Cairo. After your visits, you will be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan. Meet & assist, and transfer to your hotel.

Visits: National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation, Old Cairo, Salah El-Din Citadel.


Day 4: Optional Abu Simbel
Free day in Aswan, Optional tour to enjoy a tour to one of Egypt's top tourist attractions, Abu Simbel Temples, which were originally carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II approximately in the 13th century BC, as a lasting monument to himself and his Queen Nefertari.

Visits: Optional visit to Abu Simbel Temple.

Day 5: Nile Cruise Embarkation - Aswan Sightseeing
Breakfast at your hotel in Aswan. Then, transfer to embark your Nile River Cruise before Lunch, then enjoy visiting the awesome Philae temple, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk. Dinner on board.

Day 6: Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples
Sail to Kom Ombo, have breakfast on board, and visit Kom Ombo Temple, a temple shared by two gods, Sobek and Haeroris, in Kom Ombo. Sail to Edfu, have lunch on board, and visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, the Horus Temple in Edfu. Take afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner on board.

Day 7: Luxor West Bank Sightseeing
Sail to Luxor, have breakfast on board then Visit the West Bank, take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut approximately in the 15th century BC, at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea while sailing. Dinner on board.

Day 8: Luxor East Bank Sightseeing - Transfer to Hurghada
Breakfast on board. Disembark from your Nile cruise after breakfast. Then, transfer to visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. In the afternoon, transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea. From Luxor to Hurghada is a 5-hour drive.

Overnight in Hurghada.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.
Visits: Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Hurghada.


Day 9: Hurghada Vacation
Optional tours to experience the exquisite diving and snorkelling among the Red Sea coral reefs and see some amazing, rare fish. Or choose one of the many other activities, such as windsurfing, sailing, and deep-sea fishing.

Day 10: Hurghada Vacation

Day 11: Hurghada - Fly back to Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel in Hurghada, and then you will be transferred to Hurghada airport. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met and assisted, then transferred to your hotel for free time at leisure.

Day 12: Final Departure
Breakfast at the hotel in Cairo - free time before your flight - check out and then be transferred to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
