It's time to head out in search of Moose! The Moose is named after the King of Finnish forests due to its prominent, huge antlers. Let's drive and meet some moose!
Small group activity: Each tour is conducted in groups of no more than 8 people per car for a smoother experience.
An experienced guide will take you deep into the Lappish forests to meet the King of the Forest in its natural habitat. Moose are most active at sunrise and sunset, while during the day they often hide in dense thickets.
The moose is the largest member of the deer family, with males reaching up to 700 kilograms and standing 2.1 meters at the shoulder. Unlike reindeer, moose are entirely wild and shy creatures. During the safari, you’ll remain in the car to avoid disturbing the animals with outside noise.
Afterwards, you will enjoy gingerbread and fresh blueberry juice while taking in a breathtaking Lapland sunset.
