This magical way to enjoy a sauna is becoming a tradition in Finland, and you can take part in it. Enjoy the beautiful Arctic landscapes from the boat as you bathe in the sauna beneath the Northern Lights.
The floating sauna was built in the summer of 2012; its design combines traditional Finnish sauna elements with the beautiful scenery that the lakes offer. From August to November in Lapland, you can participate in this unique experience.
At midnight, you can contemplate the aurora from the centre of the lake, incredible, isn't it? This magical way to enjoy a sauna is becoming a tradition in Finland, and you can take part in it.
Try this fully equipped sauna to feel fully integrated into local life. After the sauna, you can choose to bathe in a lake of pure water or enjoy the fresh air from the boat! The captain will drive the floating sauna through different points of the lake to enjoy stunning views. By the end of the tour, we will prepare traditional Lappish BBQ on the boat, which includes pork sausages, marshmallows and blueberry juice.

- At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place
- At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sunday
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
- The product may be cancelled or rescheduled if the group size is smaller than 2 persons.
- Northern Lights sightings cannot be guaranteed due to they are subject to weather conditions and solar activity.
