This 3-day, 2-night adventure takes travellers from San José to La Fortuna, home of the iconic Arenal Volcano. On the first day, guests relax at Baldi Hot Springs, surrounded by tropical gardens and stunning volcano views. The second day is filled with excitement, combining a white-water rafting expedition with a canyoning and rappel experience in the rainforest. Covering the northern region of Costa Rica, this tour is unique for blending relaxation and adrenaline, offering both natural beauty and high-adventure activities in one package.
Day 1 – San José to La Fortuna / Baldi Hot Springs
Guests are picked up in San José and transferred by bus through scenic landscapes toward La Fortuna, a town at the base of the Arenal Volcano. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing visit to Baldi Hot Springs, where natural thermal pools are surrounded by tropical gardens. Dinner is included, and an overnight stay at a rustic hotel in La Fortuna.
Day 2 – White-Water Rafting & Canyoning with Rappel
After breakfast, the adventure begins with a thrilling white-water rafting tour on one of the region’s tropical rivers, guided by professional instructors. In the afternoon, continue with an exciting canyoning and rappel experience down rainforest waterfalls. Both activities are led by certified guides who ensure safety while explaining the natural environment. Overnight in La Fortuna with meals included.
Day 3 – Return to San José
Following breakfast, guests board the bus for the return journey to San José, passing through scenic countryside and rural towns. Arrival is scheduled around midday or early afternoon at the selected hotel in San José.
