A mud therapy session in a wooden sauna in the Arctic Circle is what you need to forget about the rush of everyday life. The organic Lappish mud treatment will thoroughly cleanse your skin and give you a feeling of relaxation. Spend 15-20 minutes in the sauna. Afterward, your skin will be covered in healing mud and you will continue to enjoy the sauna. The entire therapy lasts around 35 minutes.
You can choose to take a shower or jump into the cold, pure water of an icy lake to wash off the mud. Upon your return, there will be a hot juice waiting for you. You will experience the most authentic version of Lapland on this trip!
