Day 1: Arrival in Lalibela
You will arrive in Lalibela, one of Ethiopia’s most sacred destinations. In the afternoon, you will explore the first group of famous rock-hewn churches carved from solid rock during the 12th and 13th centuries. The day ends with a beautiful sunset and a traditional Ethiopian dinner. Overnight stay at Mountain View Hotel.
Day 2: Explore the Second Group of Churches
After breakfast, you will visit the southern cluster of Lalibela’s rock churches. Highlights include Biete Amanuel, Biete Abba Libanos, and Biete Gabriel-Rufael. In the afternoon, you will have time to explore the local market and traditional crafts. Overnight stay at Mountain View Hotel.
Day 3: Lalibela – Addis Ababa
