Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park.
In the morning, you’ll be picked up from Arusha or your hotel and driven approximately 2 to 3 hours to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day on morning and afternoon game drives exploring this park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before settling into a public campsite nearby for the evening. Dinner will be served as you relax and spend the night camping under the African stars. overnight at Figi Tree lodge.
Day 2: Tarangire – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha.
After an early breakfast, you’ll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Here, you can spot rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, flamingos, and a variety of other wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater floor near the Hippo Pool before ascending from the crater in the afternoon. Then, you’ll drive back to Arusha (approximately 3 to 4 hours) and be dropped off at your hotel or the airport to conclude your safari.
