What is my commission settlement method?

The commission settlement method depends on what payment channel you selected.

Full payment

You can provide a payment channel through which we pay for bookings you receive. Providing the payment channel will automatically switch on full payment on booking.

In this case, a user will pay the full value of the order upon booking. We will deduct our commission, and the rest (your price net) is paid directly to you. Please see the answer to What are your payment settlement terms? question to find out when you are getting paid and by what means.

Full payment also means that the full amount of the booking is protected by our cancellation policy.

Partial payment

If you don't select any payment channel, we are unable to accept full payment from users for your products upon booking. We can accept only partial payment from a user.

In the case of partial payment, the user pays only the amount equal to our commission, and the rest (your price net) is due to be paid directly to you on arrival. For example, if your price net is $80 and the commission is 20%, then the booking value is $100 in total (your net price + our commission). The user will pay $20 upon booking, and the remaining $80 amount (your price net), he will pay you directly upon arrival.

To check what your payment method is and whether your products are paid in full or partially upon booking, please go to the Payments page of your Tour Management Centre.

Please note that in case you choose this option, we cannot protect your booking from cancellation or no-show by the client.

Upon signing up, you are by default assigned the partial payment method.

Payment notification

In each case (whether we accept full or partial payment only), you will receive a notification upon booking with all the payment details: how much the user paid and how much remains to pay.
