What are your payment settlement terms?

We collect full payment when a user books your product unless you didn't select our available payment channel. Please refer to the article What is my commission settlement method? for details of payment methods available.

When the user creates a booking we retain the amount equal to our commission and the rest is paid to your accounts via your selected payment channel. For example if the booking value is $300 and the commission is 20% - we will retain $60 and you will be credited $240.

Settlement period

We issue the payment to you once a month if you have funds available.

Payments in USD, GBP are processed 1st and 15th day of each month. Payments in other currencies are processed 7th and 21th of each month. If any of these days falls on Saturday or Sunday, the payment is processed on the first following working day.

Additionally, we wait until after customers have traveled to ensure accuracy of payment in the event of any amendments, cancellations, or refunds that may arise.
