This package is ideal to visit the places you should not miss in Veracruz. We will have a tour of the Veracruz Aquarium, and also visit the historic center of Veracruz aboard a traditional streetcar. Then the fortress of San Juan de Ulúa and the end of this visit, we will transfer to Mandinga, where we will enjoy a boat ride through the mangrove area and also have time to taste delicious seafood in Mandinga's restaurants.
We begin our package with a tour of the Veracruz Aquarium at 10:15 am, where you can admire the representative fauna of the state.
Then, at 12:00 pm we will take the unit that will take us to the fortress of San Juan de Ulua, which was built by orders of Hernan Cortes, as it protected Veracruz from pirate attacks and privateers of the time, here you can enjoy a tour with a guide who will tell you all the history and legends of the oldest prison in Mexico.
At the end of this visit, at 3:00 pm we will transfer to Mandinga, where we will enjoy a boat ride through the mangrove area and also have time to eat delicious freshly cooked seafood in Mandinga's restaurants (food not included). We will return to the port of Veracruz where we will finish our visit with a tour of the historic center of Veracruz aboard a traditional streetcar, from where we will be able to observe the most important and beautiful places of the city.
